Growing up in New Zealand, “Kiwi ingenuity” was ever-present — a mindset rooted in resilience, adaptability, and practical problem-solving that continues to shape how I approach both business and life today.

Before entering real estate, I spent more than two decades in transportation, logistics, operations, customer experience, and consultative sales leadership roles, experiences that helped shape the strategic and relationship-driven approach I’m known for today. With a background in architecture and a strong interest in design, space planning, and modern aesthetics, I naturally developed a design-forward perspective that continues to influence my approach to seller preparation, marketing, and luxury real estate.

Real estate became a natural intersection of my strengths in strategy, negotiation, communication, design, and relationship-building. After starting my career in more traditional brokerage environments, I found myself looking for something more aligned with how the industry — and the way we work — was evolving.

Today, I’ve built a modern, relationship-driven business focused on relocation, luxury properties, strategic marketing, and thoughtful client and agent partnerships grounded in flexibility, adaptability, and long-term growth.

My move to eXp Realty wasn’t originally planned, and I initially approached the model with a fair amount of skepticism. Over time, though, I realized the flexibility, collaboration, technology, and evolving business structure aligned strongly with how I wanted to build my business and serve clients in a changing industry.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve built a modern, relationship-driven business across Oregon and California focused on relocation, luxury properties, strategic seller preparation, marketing, and complex transactions. I believe the future of real estate belongs to agents who are adaptable, collaborative, and intentional about how they build both their business and their life.
