Rather than approaching this through traditional recruiting, I view it as a partnership built around conversation, alignment, and shared experience. When I joined eXp Realty 7 years ago, the company had approximately 18,000 agents. Today, it has grown to more than 85,000 agents worldwide, reflecting both the industry’s evolution and the demand for more modern, flexible business models. Over time, I’ve seen firsthand how the platform can support agents who are adaptable, self-motivated, relationship-driven, and open to evolving alongside the industry.

I work with agents who want to build a thoughtful, sustainable business while still maintaining their own identity, independence, and voice.
